No. 2017-01 for the temporary staff accommodation for Sasquatch Mountain
Resort in Hemlock Valley, subject to receipt of the following completed
documentation:
Final signed and sealed geotechnical hazard report;
Riparian Areas Assessment completed by a Qualified Environmental
Professional; and
Setback Permit for Building “A” issued by Ministry of Transportation and
Infrastructure.
AND THAT the Fraser Valley Regional Board require a security fee of $50,000
for the purposes of ensuring that all construction and on-site sewage disposal
systems associated with the temporary staff housing be decommissioned and
removed from the site upon expiration of the Temporary Use Permit No. 2017-01.
