agricultural and domestic water supply intake is within 30.0 metres of
aquaculture structures and that the management of the water supply must be

well as with the recommendations of the Hydrogeological Report, and to
include regular tests of the water to provide warning of possible contamination.

ratepayers executive.

THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board approve a Grant-in-
Aid to the McConnell Creek Community Hall in the amount of $5,000
to be funded from the 2016 Electoral Area “F” grant-in-aid budget to
assist with the costs of completing building improvements that will
provide for an expanded covered area for community hall events.

THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board approve a grant-inaid
to the Yale & District Historical Society in the amount of $4,000 to
be funded from the 2016 Electoral Area “B” grant-in-aid budget to
assist with the costs of supporting two public events hosted in Yale to
promote the history and culture of the area.

THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board authorize a grant-inaid
in the amount of $1,500 to the Lake Errock Community
Association, funded from the Electoral Area “C” grant-in-aid budget to
help offset the costs of hosting three community events planned for
Lake Errock.

THAT staff be directed to increase the requisition for the Electoral
Area Administration service area by $27,300, representing the
amount that will be collected from new development;

THAT the Fraser Valley Aboriginal Relations Committee direct staff to
prepare a position paper regarding the Ministry of Indigenous and

Vancouver to take the Fraser Valley Regional District Board for
further discussion in anticipation of moving forward to UBCM and/or
