respecting the expansion of an existing telecommunication tower
and facility at Shook Road –
Telus Site BC4872 , the Fraser Valley Regional District Board of Directors
respond to the referral dated October 17, 2016 from Cypress Land Services on
behalf of TM Mobile Inc. (Telus)
with the following comments:
1. TM Mobile Inc. (Telus) has satisfactorily completed its consultation with
Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD).
2. The FVRD Regional Board is satisfied with the public consultation process
undertaken by TM Mobile Inc. (Telus) as detailed in the referral dated
October 17, 2016, and does not require any further consultation with the
public.
3. TM Mobile Inc. (Telus) will obtain approval if required from the Ministry of
Transportation and Infrastructure,as development will occur within their
statutory right of way.
4. The FVRD concurs with TELUS’ proposal to construct a
