MOTION FOR CONSIDERATION
THAT the following Consent Agenda items 12.1.1 to 12.1.8 be endorsed:

THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board direct staff to explore
food waste prevention/reduction programs with the intention of
considering the feasibility and potential partnerships of such
programs;
AND THAT an invitation be extended to Metro Vancouver and the
Ministry of Environment to present on their food waste prevention
initiatives.

members to the BC Wildlife Federation for the purpose of becoming
“Wilderness Watch” participants and receiving relevant training.

in the amount of $1,000 to the Chilliwack River Valley Fire Fit

registration and accommodations to attend regional and national Fire
Fit competitions.

10 km long trail running between the north and south ends of Cultus
Lake along the eastern shore.
