changes to the Liquor Licence, subject to the following items being
addressed:
1. Temporary provisions for vehicular parking to ensure the
requirements identified in the current local zoning bylaw for the
property are being followed (one per three seats provided for
patron use).
2. Temporary provisions for the existing facilities will be adequate
for the proposed increased occupant loads pursuant to the
provincial Sewerage Regulation.
