MOTION FOR CONSIDERATION
THAT the Meeting be closed to the public, except for Senior Staff and the Executive
Assistant, for the purpose of receiving and adopting Closed Meeting Minutes convened
in accordance to Section 90 of the Community Charter and to consider matters pursuant
to:
• Section 90(1)(i) of the Community Charter – the receipt of advice that is subject to
solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and
• Section 90(1)(k) of the Community Charter – negotiations and related discussions
respecting the proposed provision of a regional service that are at their preliminary
stages and that, in the view of the Committee, could reasonably be expected to

MOTION FOR CONSIDERATION
THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board consider the following options
with respect to proposed Temporary Use Permit 2015-01 for 43873 Lougheed
Highway, 43837 Highway and PID 013-445-871, Electoral Area "C":
Option 1
THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board ISSUE proposed Temporary
Use Permit 2015-01 for 43873 Lougheed Highway, 43837 Lougheed Highway
and PID 013-445-871, Electoral Area “C” subject to:
• consideration of any comments and concerns raised as a result of
neighbour notification;
• the issuance of a Province of British Columbia Ministry of Energy and
Mines Sand and Gravel Permit Approving Work System and Reclamation
Program permit that reflects the revised proposal for the extraction of 1.37
Million tonnes of aggregate in accordance with the Mining Sections and
Reclamation Plans, prepared by Eric Beresford, P.Eng., dated July 24,
2015 and limits the duration of crushing in accordance with FVRD land
use approvals; and
• the registration of a covenant that will limit the maximum amount of
aggregate extraction to 1.37 Million tonnes.
Option 2:
THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board POSTPONE consideration of
proposed Temporary Use Permit 2015-01 for Aggregate Crushing at 43873
Lougheed Highway, 43837 Lougheed Highway and PID 013-445-871, to a
future meeting of the FVRD Board.
Option 3:
THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board FORWARD proposed
Temporary Use Permit 2015-01 for Aggregate Crushing at 43873 Lougheed
Highway, 43837 Lougheed Highway and PID 013-445-871, Electoral Area “C”,
to a public information meeting.
Option 4:
THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board REFUSE to issue proposed
Temporary Use Permit 2015-01 for 43873 Lougheed Highway, 43837
Lougheed Highway and PID 013-445-871, Electoral Area “C”.
Option 5:
THAT the Fraser Valley Regional Distrcit REFER the matter with respect to
